Emily, a timid woman in her thirties, just started her job as a telephone psychic for a morally ambiguous spiritual callcenter. Emily herself isn’t a particularly spiritual person. Her readings follow a carefully thought out script and are vague at best. In a series of conversations with callers from varying walks of life, she discovers that perhaps there is something spiritual inside or around her after all.

An Asian tourist visits the touristic highlights that the Netherlands has to offer. After losing his passport - due to biased assumptions about his identity – he ends up in a refugee asylum.
